We Made From Water Every Living Thing (Al-Anbiyā’ 21:30) - Donate Water Sadaqah Jariyah
Clean water is the most basic need of life, yet over 168 million people in Pakistan still don’t have access to it. In many areas, people are forced to drink contaminated water, which leads to deadly diseases like cholera, diarrhea, and hepatitis. Shockingly, 70% of diseases in Pakistan are caused by unsafe drinking water. Every year, more than 53,000 children in Pakistan lose their lives to water-related illnesses a heartbreaking but preventable reality.
“Do the disbelievers not know that the heavens and the earth were joined … and We made from water every living thing?”
Al-Anbiyā’ 21:30
“And We sent down water from the sky in due measure, and lodged it in the earth … We are Able to take it away.”
Al-Mu’minūn 23:18

Why Giving Water is important?
Access to clean drinking water is a basic human right, yet millions in Pakistan still live without it. In remote villages, arid regions, and even urban slums, families are forced to drink contaminated water leading to waterborne diseases, malnutrition, and child mortality. For many, clean water is not just a convenience it’s a matter of life and death.
That’s why giving water in Pakistan is one of the most impactful acts of charity you can perform and it’s Sadaqah Jariyah as well. Through Alkhidmat Foundation’s Clean Water Project, your donations help install water filtration plants, build hand pumps, and deliver safe drinking water to underserved communities across the country, including SIndh, Balochistan, Tharparkar, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Whether it’s a deep-well hand pump in a drought-hit village or a solar-powered filtration unit for a school, each project is designed for long-term sustainability and maximum impact
So, Give Water donations today to Prevent deadly diseases like cholera, hepatitis, and diarrhea, Reduce the burden on women and children who walk miles daily to fetch water, and Empower entire communities with dignity, health, and hope
To date, the Alkhidmat WASH Program has funded 28,796 water projects across all six provinces of Pakistan, directly benefiting over 6.9 million people daily. These initiatives have transformed lives by delivering safe water, promoting hygiene education, and improving sanitation especially in underserved and remote areas.
