Following the devastating floods of 2022, the year 2025 once again witnessed severe challenge due to glacier melt, intense monsoon rains, flash flooding, and cloudbursts. Over 3.5 million lives were directly impacted by floods across Pakistan, while over 9,000 homes were partially or completely destroyed.

Alkhidmat Foundation carried out large-scale rescue and relief operations, conducting nearly 1,900 missions and rescuing over 33,000 people with the help of more than 40,000 volunteers.

Thousands of volunteers provided immediate assistance, including cooked meals, clean drinking water, and essential medical care.

Tent villages were established to provide temporary shelter to flood-hit displaced families, ration packs were distributed, and tent schools were set up to ensure the continuity of children education and the restoration of learning activities

Essential supplies including mosquito nets, blankets, hygiene kits, and clean drinking water were distributed. Medical camps, ambulances, and mobile health units provided immediate healthcare support to tens of thousands of flood-affected individuals

On October 7, 2023, a significant turn of events escalated the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza, placing over 2.2 million Palestinians in an extremely vulnerable situation.

Families have been torn apart, homes destroyed, and daily life has become a constant struggle for survival. Food, clean water, fuel, and medical supplies have become scarce as infrastructure and essential services collapsed under continuous attacks.

Amidst this devastating crisis, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, in partnership with trusted local organizations like Gazze Destek, Onsur, Hayrat, IHH, and Cansuyu, has stepped up its efforts to provide immediate humanitarian relief to the people of Gaza.

Through coordinated efforts, Alkhidmat has successfully delivered thousands of tons of essential aid, including food parcels, medical supplies, hygiene kits, and clean drinking water, ensuring that relief reaches the most affected families.

The humanitarian crisis in Gaza has now entered its third year. Since October 2023, Alkhidmat has consistently delivered aid to the oppressed Palestinian families

Alongside the provision of food, clean water, medical assistance, and basic necessities, financial support is extended to Palestinian students studying in Egypt and Pakistan. In Pakistan alone, Alkhidmat Foundation sponsored the educational expenses of more than 400 Palestinian students

So far, 32 air cargo shipments and 4 aid ships have been dispatched, along with 2 land routes and 60 relief trucks, delivering a total of 5,633 tons of aid worth PKR 9.03 billion.

After completing humanitarian operations Alkhidmat launched a PKR 9.03 billion Gaza Rehabilitation Campaign following the ceasefire to help restore lives and hopes in Gaza.

• Construction of a residential tower for Palestinian familie
• Reconstruction of a hospital to restore healthcar
• Rebuilding of 5 schools to resume education for childre
• Reconstruction of 25 Masajid to revive prayers and Quran classe

• Permanent sponsorship for 3,000 orphans in Gaza

Searing temperature and minimal rainfall in mid-2022 caused the worst condition of drought in Pakistan’s vast and isolated desert regions of Cholistan.

Thousands of pastoralist families faced severe water scarcity and food crises for themselves and livestock across the Cholistan region.

Alkhidmat launched an emergency response and helped thousands of inhabitants by providing them with clean water, medical aid, and ration packages including flour, cooking oil, pulses, rice, as well as water and fodder for livestock.

In addition, three medical-cum-base camps were set up to provide relief in the region.

As one of the most vulnerable countries to the impacts of climate change, Pakistan has been facing the brunt of climate-induced hazards.

In the summer of 2022, the country experienced the largest amount of rainfall since 1961.

Consequently, droughts in Cholistan desert along with floods across the country affected over 33 million people in 120 districts causing devastation to lives, livelihoods, livestock, and critical infrastructure in Pakistan.

Alkhidmat teams responded to the challenge by carrying out integrated rescue and relief work in affected areas, including evacuation of stranded families, distribution of humanitarian supplies, and establishment of temporary shelters, medical camps, and learning centers.
